At Plus One Experience, we want you to love your fashion finds. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are unworn and in original packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original box or bag, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
